Job Description:
Jobenvoy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Colombo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s corporate sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with key business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and proposals with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in the recruitment, HR solutions, or professional services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
