Position Summary

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that enhances visibility, drives audience engagement, generates qualified leads, and ultimately supports business growth. This individual will manage multi-channel digital campaigns, create compelling content, and monitor analytics to refine performance.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, is proactive in learning and adapting to new tools and trends, and can balance creative storytelling with strategic performance metrics. This is a high-impact role with room for autonomy, innovation, and growth within a values-based company.


Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and oversee an integrated multi-platform social media strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Manage and grow brand presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Maintain a consistent publishing calendar using scheduling tools and automation platforms.
  • Actively engage with audiences through direct messages, comments, stories, and community interaction.
  • Leverage automation and engagement tools for retargeting, nurturing, and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Align social strategy with broader marketing campaigns, project timelines, and organizational goals.

2. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets for ad campaigns.
  • Build and manage lead generation funnels tied to CRM systems (such as Go High Level or equivalent).
  • Track and improve campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, conversion rates, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Align lead generation goals with internal business capacity and sales team expectations.

3. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Create and curate high-quality multimedia content—images, videos, reels, carousels, infographics, and written content.
  • Coordinate with field teams, agents, and contractors to capture real-time visual content from construction sites, property listings, and community events.
  • Develop SEO-optimized blog posts, service pages, community profiles, and agent bios for the website.
  • Ensure that all digital assets and content reflect consistent branding, voice, and tone.
  • Bring the company’s mission and projects to life through compelling storytelling that appeals to both B2B and B2C audiences.

4. Digital Presence & Website Optimization

  • Work with web developers to enhance website UX, structure, content layout, and search engine performance.
  • Update and maintain landing pages for lead capture, promotions, listings, and project updates.
  • Monitor and optimize on-page SEO, improve internal linking, keyword targeting, and page speed performance.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and related tools to assess and improve visitor behavior and website efficiency.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on KPIs across all digital channels—social media engagement, follower growth, website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Deliver detailed monthly reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Continuously refine digital strategy based on campaign performance, market trends, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Maintain a test-and-learn approach to optimizing content, campaigns, and engagement tactics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Previous experience in real estate, construction, or property development is a significant asset.
  • Proficiency in digital tools including:
    • Social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
    • Creative tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
    • Advertising platforms: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio
    • Analytics: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
    • CRM and marketing automation: Go High Level or similar platforms
    • Scheduling tools: Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, lead generation funnels, and performance marketing tactics.
