About The Role

We’re looking for a friendly and driven Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Jaffna. If you’ve got a couple of years’ experience in account management or client servicing, love building meaningful relationships, and can communicate fluently in Tamil and English, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll manage client needs, spot growth opportunities, and ensure smooth service delivery. Being organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently are key—plus, local travel and understanding the Northern business scene are part of the job!

Requirements:
  • A proven knack for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients – you’re someone who listens, understands, and finds solutions that genuinely work for them.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, client servicing, or a related field where people skills and business sense go hand in hand.

  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs – you know how to hit your numbers without compromising service quality.

  • Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (Sinhala is a bonus), both verbal and written – you’re able to speak with confidence and clarity across cultures and roles.

  • A strategic thinker who can spot opportunities for growth and upselling, while still putting the client’s needs first.

  • Confident with digital tools like CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and willing to learn any new tools your team uses.

  • Ability to work independently, especially in a regional setting like Jaffna, while still staying aligned with head office goals and updates.

  • Willingness to travel locally to meet clients, attend meetings, and stay connected to the community.


Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • Previous experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in the service sector, FMCG, telecom, or financial industries.

  • Strong organisational skills – you’re great at juggling tasks, following up with clients, and keeping things running smoothly without reminders.

  • A customer-first mindset with a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.

  • Familiarity with the local business landscape in the Northern Province is a big advantage.

  • A valid driver’s license and access to transport is helpful, especially for client visits around Jaffna and surrounding areas.
