About the Client
Our client is a well-known Accounting & Tax firm in the U.S., serving over 6,000 clients across multiple states.
About the Role
You will help manage accounting tasks, keep financial records accurate, and complete your work on time. This job supports the finance team and may involve tax-related tasks if you’re qualified.
Your Key Responsibilities

Handle daily financial tasks (like paying bills, receiving payments, and bank reconciliations)

Prepare journal entries and keep the general ledger updated

Help with month-end reports and financial closing
-
Review and analyze financial data
-
Communicate clearly with team members and clients about accounting issues
-
(If qualified) Support with tax return preparation
Who We’re Looking For
-
CA Finalist, ACCA Affiliate/Member, or Accounting/Finance Graduate
-
1–2 years of experience in accounting
-
Good knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, SLFRS/IFRS)
-
Experience with QuickBooks, XERO, and Excel
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Must be available to work in U.S. Central Time hours
