Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support invoice processing, reconciliations, and accounting reporting within a dynamic finance team. This role is suited for someone proactive, accurate, and eager to contribute to ongoing process improvements.Responsibilities:Process and code AP invoices accurately, including updates in Smart AP.Perform 3-way matching for PO and non-PO invoices.Assist with reconciliations and prepare reports for senior accountants.Create AR chargeback invoices and allocate costs correctly.Verify and export expense coding from Suti Expense.Complete bank reconciliations for multiple corporate accounts.Support data entry and financial reporting tasks.Identify workflow improvements and support efficient payment runs.
