About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Art Lead – 3D Pipeline Coordinator to lead the creation and technical implementation of Digimon character assets in a high-profile MMORPG game. You’ll guide a global art team and manage the production pipeline from modeling to rigging, animation, and VFX.
Key Responsibilities

Lead production of Digimon characters (modeling, rigging, animation, VFX)

Set and manage team deadlines (daily, weekly, monthly)

Maintain a clean and efficient 3D art pipeline
-
Implement assets into Gamebryo or similar engines
-
Solve technical and engine-related issues
-
Collaborate with managers on content planning
-
Review and give feedback to artists
-
Document all processes (naming, animation, setup, workflows)
Qualifications
-
5+ years in 3D game art (strong in at least 2: modeling, rigging, animation, VFX)

Experience with older/custom engines like Gamebryo or NetImmerse

Strong technical skills: naming, rigging, export, sequencing, FX triggers

Experience leading a team and managing art timelines

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Able to clearly document production workflows
Nice to Have

Knowledge of SVN or version control systems

Experience building pipelines from scratch

MMORPG or Digimon/creature-based game experience
