Lead and manage HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance talent management and succession planning within the property industry.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and organisational policies in all HR processes.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals in Abu Dhabi.
Ove
rsee the implementation of HR systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
Provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee engagement strategies.
Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
Support the development of a high-performance culture through effective talent development initiatives. A successful Associate Director – Talent & HR Operations should have:

Extensive experience in human resources within the property industry or related fields.
A proven track record of managing HR operations in a large organisation.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Abu Dhabi.
Expertise in talent management, including acquisition, retention, and development.
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools to drive operational efficiency.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
