Silver Star is a leading importer & distributor of high-quality printing materials across the UAE, serving printing presses, packaging companies, and traders with reliable supply, fast delivery, and competitive pricing. We are expanding and looking for a proactive Assistant Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing & purchasing printing materials
• Coordinate shipments, customs clearance & logistics flow
• Track inventory, plan replenishment & maintain stock accuracy
• Negotiate pricing & terms with suppliers
• Maintain supplier relationships & prepare procurement reports
Requirements:
• Experience in procurement & logistics (UAE market preferred)
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Knowledge of import/export & shipping documentation
• Organized, detail-oriented & good at multitasking
• ERP experience is an advantage
