Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kurunegala District
Work Type: Full-time, on-site
Role Description:
Manage costs for construction projects. Control and plan expenses, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and create cost reports. Work closely with project managers to keep costs on track.
Qualifications:

Experience in cost control, management, and planning

Skilled in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Able to produce detailed cost reports

Strong math and analysis skills

Good communication and teamwork

Detail-oriented and works well under pressure

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related fields

Construction industry experience is a plus

Proficient with relevant software
