About Better HR:
Better HR is a modern software company that helps businesses manage their HR and payroll easily. It started in 2019 and works with many companies in Sri Lanka and nearby countries.
Job Role:
You will help sell Better HR software in Sri Lanka. Your job is to find new customers, build good relationships, and meet sales targets.
What You Will Do:

Understand Better HR products well

Find and contact potential customers by calls, visits, and social media

Present and explain products to customers

Negotiate deals and close sales
-
Follow up on payments
-
Keep good relationships with existing customers
-
Work with your team and report on sales progress

Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals

Colombo, Sri Lanka
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business
-
At least 3 years of sales experience, especially in B2B (business to business)

Good communication and leadership skills

Speak and write well in English

Know Sinhalese or Tamil
