Job Description: Assistant Sales Manager at Better HR

About Better HR:
Better HR is a modern software company that helps businesses manage their HR and payroll easily. It started in 2019 and works with many companies in Sri Lanka and nearby countries.

Job Role:
You will help sell Better HR software in Sri Lanka. Your job is to find new customers, build good relationships, and meet sales targets.

What You Will Do:

  • Understand Better HR products well

  • Find and contact potential customers by calls, visits, and social media

  • Present and explain products to customers

  • Negotiate deals and close sales

  • Follow up on payments

  • Keep good relationships with existing customers

  • Work with your team and report on sales progress

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals

Where:
Colombo, Sri Lanka

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, especially in B2B (business to business)

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Speak and write well in English

  • Know Sinhalese or Tamil
