Barista/Cashier

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, coupled with strong skills in food preparation and service.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty, while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in food preparation and meal service, ensuring that all dishes meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, kitchen, and dining spaces to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain smooth operations during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in restocking as needed.
• Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

Experience
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
• A passion for customer service with a friendly demeanor that enhances the guest experience is crucial.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
