Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Executive at Mind Plus, your primary responsibility is to ensure every customer interaction is smooth and professional. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, provide product or service details, and resolve complaints with patience and care. You’ll be expected to log each interaction accurately, follow call scripts when needed, and escalate complex issues to supervisors. Maintaining a calm, positive tone during each call is key, even when challenges arise. You may also assist in follow-up calls, surveys, or reminders depending on client requirements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a bonus), a polite and confident telephone manner, and strong listening abilities. A minimum of O/Ls is required, but previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage. Basic computer literacy is essential as you’ll be using internal systems to update records and manage call flows. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a team player, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others.
