Job Title: Call Center Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a Call Center Executive to handle phone calls and customer support in a professional way.
Requirements:

Must speak English and Sinhala (Tamil is a bonus)

Age under 26 and male
-
Must live within 20 km of the office
-
Willing to work on a rotating shift, Monday to Friday and one weekend day
-
Previous customer service experience is a plus
-
Good communication and problem-solving skills
-
Basic computer and mobile app knowledge
Responsibilities:
-
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with accuracy and professionalism
-
Help walk-in customers with their questions
-
Update support tickets for technical issues and complaints
-
Make sure all complaints are followed up and resolved on time
-
Represent the company in a helpful and friendly way
