Job Summary:

As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the foundational infrastructure and tools that enable scalable, secure, and efficient software development and deployment. You’ll work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize application performance on the platform.
• Maintain documentation and provide support for platform-related tools and services.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of networking and security principles.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
