We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate — someone who’s friendly, well-presented, and passionate about creating positive first impressions!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Welcome and direct visitors, students, and callers with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with general inquiries and guide individuals to the correct departments or personnel.
• Coordinate front desk tasks and maintain a neat, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communication (calls, messages, mail).
• Support student-related front office and administrative coordination tasks.• Handle other duties related to ensuring smooth front office operations.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil fluency is a plus)
✅ A pleasant, professional personality
✅ Confidence in Microsoft Office and handling calls/emails
✅ 1–2 years’ experience in front office, reception, or customer service (freshers with the right attitude are welcome!)
