• *Working Hours**: Part-time (4 PM – 10 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
– **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
– **Booking & Scheduling**: Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, and cancellations of services, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
– **Client Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a courteous manner.
– **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
– **Data Management**: Accurately update customer records, track service requests, and follow up on pending issues to ensure resolution.
– **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• *Requirements**:
– **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a similar industry (service-based).
– **Language Skills**: Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
– **Skills**: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
– **Professionalism**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Must be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance.
– **Age Range**: 23 to 38 years.
– **Documentation**: Valid passport and visa with a minimum of 7 months validity.
– **Positive Attitude**: A customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude to resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
