Key Responsibilities
Customer-Facing Roles

Airport Services Agent: Deliver exceptional service during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.

Marhaba Services Agent: Assist VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Back-Office Role

Contact Centre Agent: Provide accurate product and service information via chat, social media, or voice channels.

General Responsibilities

Qualification Requirements
