Data Processing Operator

Receive and enter production data into computerized systems (e.g., batch start/end times, machine speeds, downtime, changeover times, output quantities).Monitor real-time production parameters (such as throughput, yield, reject rate) and record them accurately.Verify and reconcile production logs, machine readings and automatic data capture systems to ensure accuracy of data.Completing the required paperwork when ordering stockUpdating stock information on the computer systemComparing items received against items orderedCompiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepanciesMaintaining records of pricing, purchases and other relevant informationChecking stock levels regularlyGenerate routine reports (daily/shift/week) on production performance, machine utilization, and data anomalies; escalate deviations to supervisors.Assist in tracking and documenting batch records, production shifts, machine changeovers, and cleaning (CIP) cycles.Maintain clean, organised workspace and ensure necessary documentation, computer terminals and data capture devices are functioning.Participate in shift handovers, data integrity checks and support audits by providing required production data records. Minimum High School certificate; Diploma Proven experience (1-3 years or more) in a manufacturing/production environment,Good computer skills: MS Excel, data entry, basic database/ERP systems.
