• Need a desktop support technician to resolve day to day user problems and help them with Microsoft windows, MS-office and internet issues.

Responsibilities:
• Installation of ms-windows and other applications.
• Installation of Printers/scanners and other devices.
• Keep infrastructure up and running.
• Keep records of inventory and user complaints.
• Installation of Hardware.
• Helping users.
