About the Role

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Kandy. This role is ideal for someone with creative energy, technical skill, and a strategic mindset in the digital space. You will be responsible for executing online campaigns, managing content, and overseeing social media platforms to enhance our brand visibility and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your core duties will include:

Social Media Management

• Develop, manage, and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite or similar tools

• Respond to messages, engage with followers, and manage community interactions

Content Writing

• Create engaging and original written content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Write SEO-friendly captions, headlines, and ad copy for various digital campaigns

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan, create, and launch online campaigns for brand promotion, lead generation, and customer engagement

• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools

• Optimize campaigns based on real-time data to maximize return on investment (ROI)

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and management to align marketing efforts with business objectives

• Stay up to date on trends in digital marketing and bring fresh ideas to the table

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a balance of creativity, analytics, and hands-on experience.

Core Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and management

• Experience in content writing for various digital formats

• Familiarity with campaign tools like Meta Business Suite or any equivalent digital marketing platforms

• Ability to independently manage and optimize social media and ad campaigns

Preferred Attributes

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Good understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and digital metrics

• Basic design sense is a plus (experience with Canva or similar tools would be beneficial)

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Schedule & Work Conditions

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Shift: Day shift (standard office hours)

• Work Location: On-site, Kandy

• Remote Work: Not available for this role

• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Kandy or be willing to relocate prior to joining.
