Safely operate Category 3/4 vehicles, adhering strictly to traffic laws and company regulations for secure transportation.Conduct pre and post-trip inspections, meticulously checking for any mechanical issues or safety concerns to ensure vehicle readiness.Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, both inside and out, to present a professional image and ensure passenger comfort.Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with loading/unloading and addressing their needs courteously and efficiently.Plan the most efficient routes, considering traffic, weather conditions, and road closures, to optimize delivery times.Accurately complete trip logs, documenting mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays for record-keeping.Adhere to strict punctuality, ensuring timely pick-ups and deliveries to meet schedules and maintain customer satisfaction.Handle cargo with care, ensuring it is properly secured and protected from damage during transit.Comply with all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following emergency procedures.Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members, providing updates and reporting any issues promptly.
