Driving Instructor

To deliver high-quality driver training to learners in compliance with Excellence Driving standards and UAE traffic regulations. The Driving Instructor plays a key role in ensuring that each learner develops safe driving habits, understands traffic rules, and gains the confidence required to become a responsible driver. Provide theoretical and practical driving lessons as per RTA-approved curriculum.Ensure all training sessions are conducted in a professional, patient, and motivating manner.Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback to improve driving skills.Maintain accurate student records, lesson reports, and attendance logs.Prepare learners for both internal and RTA driving tests.Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and readiness prior to lessons.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and RTA standards.Support in promoting safe driving culture and positive brand representation of Excellence Driving.Report any accidents, vehicle defects, or disciplinary issues immediately to the supervisor.
