E-Commerce Warehouse Associate – Alberta

ALTA E-Solutions is seeking a reliable E-Commerce Warehouse Associate who can handle the company’s asset and online sales; analyze and develop business with e-retailers; manage the company’s existing e-commerce accounts; and open new markets. This person will ensure that project milestones.

Job Summary

E-Commerce Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing, developing and executing our eCommerce growth strategy.

This role will take care of our go-to-market strategy in eCommerce focused on market leading growth.

Primary Responsibilities
• Drive sales and support E-Commerce programs
• Properly receive, sort, clean, store, and prepare electronic components to be sold.
• Be an active part of a collaborative e-commerce team to create, support, drive programs that generates sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
• Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer calls and web inquiries regarding online merchandise.
• Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries.
• Maintain regular and accurate documentation on the inventory database.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and compliance regulations.
• Keep work area neat and orderly at all times per safety standards.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Other general warehouse duties may be assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Secondary School Diploma
• 1+ years of E-Commerce / digital / IT experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/ walk for long periods
• Strong initiative, collaboration, multi-tasking, high energy, communication skills, fast-paced
• Deliver customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Self-motivated with excellent work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
