Emirati Insurance / Operations Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Emirati Insurance / Operations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in managing insurance operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery within a fast-paced insurance environment.

Timings : Monday – Friday, 8-4. (Fridays until 3.30). We offer hybrid work-from-home option after 3 months.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee daily insurance operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
– Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to streamline processes.
– Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
– Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve service quality.
– Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
– Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
– Support training and development initiatives for team members.
– Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance operational workflows.

– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Should be a university Graduate in any stream
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficient in MS Office
– Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills being advantageous.
– Committed to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
