Event Staff

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for various events. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in hospitality and guest services, ensuring that all attendees have a memorable experience. This role requires excellent management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.
• Provide exceptional guest services by greeting attendees, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Manage event logistics, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
• Monitor guest flow and assist with crowd control as necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Handle any issues that may arise during events, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
• A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating positive experiences for guests.
