Fit-out Foremen -Dubai

Supervise and coordinate daily site fit-out activities.Review drawings and specifications; ensure work is carried out as per approved plans.Manage and monitor subcontractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, and other tradesmen.Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards.Report daily progress to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of works.Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company HSE policies.Assist in scheduling, manpower planning, and allocation of resources.Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Attend coordination meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams. Diploma / ITI in Civil, Interior, or Architectural field.Minimum 8–15 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or refurbishment projects.Proven experience in commercial, retail, office, or hospitality fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution practices.Ability to read drawings and manage site independently.Good communication and leadership skills.UAE driving license (preferred).
