All Employees hired will go through initial basic training. There are room for promotion within the company! As a Bubble Tea Barista, your primary responsibilities will include the following:

OPERATIONS
• Assist in day-to-day operation which include (but not limited to) cook, prepare and service various type of bubble tea beverages to customers.
• Perform cashier tasks when required.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
• Assist in stock handling and stock check.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• High energy, enthusiastic team member with a proven dedication to customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• CoCo is willing to train the right candidate.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Ability to move and clean throughout the store.
• Capacity to stand for long periods.

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Shifts from 30+ hours per week: including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
