Job Description: Reservations Manager
Location: Lotus Tower, Colombo
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Main Role:
Manage hotel and event reservations, lead the reservations team, and ensure guests have a smooth booking experience.
Main Tasks:

Handle all daily booking and reservation work

Make sure room availability and prices are up to date

Take care of special and VIP bookings
-
Help the sales and event teams with group bookings
-
Train and guide the reservations team

Make sure VIP guests and loyalty members get special care
-
Try to reduce cancellations and no-shows
-
Study booking data and prepare reports
-
Stay updated on current offers, packages, and events
-
Work with IT to keep reservation systems working well

Solve guest issues related to reservations quickly and politely
