About the Role
We are hiring a General Manager to lead the entire washing plant operation. You will oversee planning, production, quality, safety, and compliance. Your role is to ensure the plant runs efficiently while meeting customer, environmental, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all operations of the washing plant, including planning, production, quality, and maintenance

Create and apply strategies to deliver high-quality output on time and within budget

Ensure environmental and safety standards are followed (chemical use, water treatment, etc.)

Drive process improvements and cost reduction using lean manufacturing methods

Build and lead a strong, engaged, and skilled team

Work closely with merchandising, production, and quality teams
-
Stay up to date on global trends in denim and garment washing
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or similar
-
10+ years’ experience in garment/textile washing
-
5+ years in a senior leadership role
-
Strong knowledge of denim and non-denim washing techniques
-
Experience with washing machinery, chemicals, and water treatment systems (ETP/STP)
-
Proven leadership in quality assurance, sustainability, and compliance
