Your Role – VIP Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
-
Prepare for VIP guest arrivals (current and next day)
-
Manage and track amenities efficiently
-
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and In-Room Dining
-
Provide VIP guest reports for hotel management
-
Update guest profiles and pre-arrival notes in Opera system
-
Support department projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For:

Detail-oriented and organized
-
Strong communication and coordination skills
-
Comfortable using Opera or similar systems
-
Committed to delivering a luxury guest experience
