Job Summary

Saxo Bank is seeking a Head of Onboarding & Client Renewal Experience for its Dubai office to lead the full client lifecycle for onboarding (Journey 3) and renewals (Journey 8). This role is ideal for professionals with strong project management, AML/KYC expertise, and a passion for optimizing client experiences through data, automation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance the digital and non-digital client onboarding and renewal processes.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between local operations and global headquarters.

  • Implement continuous improvement and automation strategies to optimize client journeys.

  • Manage compliance alignment with both local and global AML/KYC standards.

  • Analyze CRM data, conversion rates, and client feedback to identify improvement areas.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.

  • Ensure all communication, documentation, and user interactions are compliant and client-focused.

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify best practices.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives using automation and AI-driven tools.

  • Report insights and progress to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in financial services, client onboarding, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC compliance processes and CRM systems.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience with process automation and data-driven decision-making.

  • Client-centric mindset focused on improving user experience.
