Junior Accountant Entry Level Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Junior Accountant to join our dynamic engineering Client in Abu Dhabi. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in financial operations within a fast-paced, industry-leading engineering organization. The Junior Accountant will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance department by managing accounts receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. With hands-on experience in SAP NetWeaver AS and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, the successful candidate will contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Generate and send customer invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and update financial records using SAP NetWeaver AS and other accounting systems. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under supervision. Support the preparation of financial statements and ensure data integrity across systems. Collaborate with internal departments to verify transaction details and resolve billing issues. Perform data entry and analysis using Microsoft Excel for reporting and forecasting support.

Adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards. Provide administrative support to senior accountants and finance managers as needed. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). 1 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.). Hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver AS for financial data entry and reporting. Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reconciliation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
