Junior Safety Officer

Job description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Safety Officer to support our HSE team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a safe workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Site safety inspections, toolbox talks, and audits.Support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures.Identify workplace hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.Maintain safety documentation and prepare incident reports.Coordinate with supervisors and workers to strengthen safety awareness.Assist in emergency preparedness drills and investigations. Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.Priority will be given to candidates with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) experience.Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC,) preferred.Strong communication and observation skills.Freshers with safety training and NDT background are also encouraged to apply.
