Job Title: Developer
Location: Jaffna, Sri Lanka
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Developer to join our growing team in Jaffna. Requirements:

Strong passion for coding and building software solutions that solve real-world problems.

Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.

Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a big plus.

Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in software development.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug issues and optimize performance.

Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.

Eagerness to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as the tech landscape evolves.

Good communication skills in Tamil and English, enabling clear collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Willingness to occasionally attend client meetings or site visits within the Jaffna region.
Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Prior internship or project experience in software or web development is highly regarded.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a bonus.
