About the Job
We are hiring a Lead Pastry Chef to run bakery and pastry product demonstrations in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. You will help show the quality of our products, develop new recipes, and support marketing and sales teams. You’ll also work with chefs, train teams, and lead tastings and product comparisons.
Key Responsibilities

Run daily pastry and bakery demos with our customers
-
Show the benefits and quality of our food portfolio
-
Create new recipes using Flora Food Group products
-
Support marketing with chef demos and events
-
Run test sessions comparing our products with competitors
-
Train chefs and kitchen teams in product use
-
Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness standards
-
Make sure product presentation is excellent
-
Work with other teams to support business needs
Required Skills and Experience
-
Professional chef experience, especially in pastry and bakery
-
Strong recipe development and food presentation skills
-
Experience leading training for chefs or cooks
-
Good understanding of food industry and kitchen operations
-
Experience in plant-based cooking is a bonus
-
Experience in both sweet and savory baking
-
Strong food styling and presentation abilities

Team player with good communication skills
