We are recruiting a professional, patient, and experienced Live-in Travel Nanny for a HNW family in Dubai. This is a long-term, full-time, live-in role with shared responsibility for three children, working alongside two other nannies. The position includes regular travel with the family to the UK and Europe.

The household is fully staffed, and you will work as part of a team. The children are active and require someone who can be firm, calm, and consistent, while still warm and nurturing.

Requirements:

• Strong experience working in UHNW or fully staffed households

• Confident caring for children with different personalities and needs

• Ability to support routines, homework, structure, and behaviour management

• Patient, kind, reliable, and professional at all times

• Fluent in English

• Must genuinely enjoy working with children

Role Overview:

• Shared care of three children

• Daily routines, activities, homework support, and structured guidance

• Working closely with another nanny and the wider household team

• Ability to travel internationally with the family

• Live-in accommodation provided in Dubai and during all travel

Package:

• Salary: €3,500 net / 15,000 AED per month

• Private accommodation provided

• Frequent international travel (UK, Europe, and other destinations)
