Key Responsibilities

✔ Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets across multiple sales channels.

✔ Target Management: Analyze, prepare, and distribute sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

✔ Performance Analytics: Oversee real-time monitoring and reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly sales achievements.

✔ Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and continuous professional development.

✔ Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to enhance market presence.

✔ Client Acquisition & Retention: Lead efforts in reaching, negotiating, and closing deals with potential clients while ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders.

✔ Sales Process Optimization: Drive the enhancement and implementation of effective sales processes for efficiency and success.

✔ Brand Representation: Represent Payable at industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote our solutions.

✔ Commission & Compliance Management: Monitor sales agent commission reports and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or a related industry.

✔ Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital payment solutions and emerging fintech trends.

✔ Educational Background: A degree or professional qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

✔ Exceptional Communication: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

✔ Strategic Vision: Ability to analyze market trends, forecast sales performance, and execute data-driven decisions.

✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.

✔ Leadership Excellence: A hands-on leader who can inspire, motivate, and drive a high-performing sales team.
