Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Lead Generation)

Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create compelling content to showcase company projects, engage followers, and increase brand awareness.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads through social media, email marketing, and online research.
• Manage and update the company’s CRM database with new prospects and track lead conversion progress.
• Collaborate with operations teams to align marketing efforts and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide reports with actionable insights to improve future lead generation efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and evolving digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or lead generation in service-related industries.
• Proven track record driving engagement and generating leads online.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with creative flair.
• Proficiency with popular social media platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or paid social campaigns is an asset.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
