Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing merchandising activities across all channels. This position offers a salary of 1400 AED per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
Responsibilities
• Analyzing sales data to develop strategies and plans that maximize sales and profitability
• Developing product displays and promotions, pricing strategies, inventory control, and other merchandising activities
• Sourcing product from suppliers while ensuring that quality standards are met
• Working with marketing to ensure that products are promoted effectively both in-store and online
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise
• Monitoring competitor activity to stay ahead of trends
• Creating reports on sales performance, expenses, budgets, etc.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Highly organized with ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable using business software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
