Lavisco, a growing B2B merchandise manufacturer based in Kandy, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive.

About the Role:

• Find and secure new business opportunities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams

• Work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development and field sales

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner

• Willingness to cold call and visit potential clients

• Apparel industry experience is a plus but not required

• No formal degree required; relevant experience matters most
