Roles and Responsibilities
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate mental and physical development, ensuring children are both entertained and learning.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s dietary needs, promoting healthy eating habits from a young age.
• Implement and maintain a structured daily routine that includes playtime, educational activities, and rest periods to foster a sense of security and predictability.
• Establish clear and positive communication with parents regarding children’s progress, challenges, and daily experiences to ensure a cohesive caregiving approach.
• Supervise outdoor play and outings, ensuring safety while encouraging exploration and social interaction with peers.
• Assist with homework and educational projects, providing support and guidance to foster a love for learning.
• Manage children’s schedules, including playdates, extracurricular activities, and appointments, to promote a balanced lifestyle.
• Instill respect and responsibility through age-appropriate chores and tasks, teaching children valuable life skills.
• Maintain a tidy and organized play environment, ensuring that toys and materials are safe and accessible.
• Provide emotional support, nurturing a trusting relationship that allows children to express their feelings and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

Desired Candidate Profile
• A minimum of a high school diploma, with preference for candidates holding a degree in early childhood education or child development.
• At least two years of hands-on experience working with children, demonstrating a strong understanding of child behavior and development.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages highly desirable for diverse family environments.
• A proven ability to create and implement engaging educational activities, showcasing creativity and resourcefulness.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear dialogue with children and parents.
• Patience and adaptability, with the ability to respond to the unique needs and moods of each child throughout the day.
• Physical stamina and agility to actively participate in play and manage the demands of caring for young children.
• Cultural sensitivity and respect, understanding and valuing the diverse backgrounds of families and children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
