Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Admin/Office Executive to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi for communication, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Manage office administration tasks including filing, record keeping, and office supplies.
• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence in Hindi and English.
• Prepare reports, letters, and documents in Hindi.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with teams.
• Assist with HR tasks such as attendance and employee records.
• Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi (mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
