About the Role:
Al Ain Automatic Irrigation Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative and clerical tasks, supporting our sales and store departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Filing and maintaining company documents and records.
• Preparing sales quotations and related documents.
• Coordinating with the Store and Sales teams for order tracking and updates.
• Monitoring and following up on sales and purchase orders.
• Assisting with general office duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be currently residing in Al Ain City or willing to relocate to Al Ain.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
