Assist skilled workers in various tasks, including lifting, carrying, and loading materials to ensure smooth workflow on-site.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly to enhance safety and efficiency.Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment as directed, contributing to the longevity and functionality of tools.Follow safety protocols diligently, using personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize risks while working in potentially hazardous environments. Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent to ensure basic literacy and numeracy skills.Relevant experience: 1-2 years in a labor-intensive role, demonstrating an understanding of basic labor processes and safety standards.Certifications: Valid safety training certifications (e.g., OSHA) to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.Industry experience: Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing preferred for a smoother transition into the role.
