Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner, located in Colombo. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of ESU Sri Lanka, ensuring academic integrity and operational efficiency. The day-to-day tasks include strategic planning, managing academic and administrative staff, liaising with industry partners, upholding global standards for education, and fostering a productive and inclusive campus environment.

Qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and operational management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within an academic environment
• Experience in higher education administration is a plus
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field
