As a Building Painter/Carpenter, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through your skills and expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even application.
• Install and repair wooden structures, including doors, windows, and cabinets, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to meet project specifications.

Preferred Candidate:
• Proven experience in painting and carpentry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines..
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction and painting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
