Part Time Accountant

Part-Time Accountant (40%) – Beauty Salon Group (Remote, Abu Dhabi-Based)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Accountant (40%) to manage the day-to-day accounting activities for our group of three beauty salons based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and knowledgeable in UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records for three salon locations
• Record expenses, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Liaise with management to support decision-making with financial insights
• Prepare documents for external audit and regulatory filing
• Attend occasional in-person meetings as required (Abu Dhabi)

Requirements:
• Based in the UAE with own visa (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or service industries
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax procedures
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks and Xero.)
• Able to work independently and manage part-time schedule effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Remote work (40% time commitment)
• Flexible hours with occasional on-site meetings
• 2-3 Working Days per week
