Part-time Accounting Assistant

**Job Summary**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:

– Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
– Data entry of financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
– Maintain and organize financial records, including receipts, statements, and invoices.
– Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial reports.
– Monitor and ensure accuracy of expense reports and petty cash.
– Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
– Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping records as needed.
– Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies.
– Assist in audits and compliance-related tasks.
– Perform other administrative tasks as required by the accounting team.
• *Qualifications**:

– Associate’s degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
– 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (preferred).
– Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
– Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: AED1,000.00 per month
