Part-time Event Volunteers

Tic8m8 is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time event volunteers. We are a dynamic event management company known for organizing successful and memorable events across various industries. • *Responsibilities**:
1. Event Setup and Teardown: Assist with the physical setup and teardown of event venues, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment according to the event plan.

2. Guest Registration and Check-In: Greet guests warmly, manage registration processes, distribute event materials, and provide directional assistance.

3. Event Monitoring: Ensure the smooth running of events by monitoring various areas, addressing guest inquiries, and assisting with crowd control, if necessary.

4. Vendor and Sponsor Support: Assist vendors and sponsors with their needs, including setup, teardown, and any other required support during the event.

5. General Event Support: Provide general support to the event team, including running errands, distributing supplies, and assisting with any other tasks as assigned.
• *Requirements**:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

3. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per event schedules.

4. Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods and assist with setup and teardown tasks.

5. Reliable transportation to and from event venues.

6. Enthusiasm for learning and gaining hands-on experience in the event management industry.
