The Tutoring Center, Dubai is seeking passionate and dedicated tutors in English, Sciences, Languages, and other subjects to join our team. We welcome applicants from a diverse range of academic backgrounds, as we are expanding our teaching team to cover multiple subjects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy supporting students to achieve academic success across the British, IB and American curricula, up to higher-level.Deliver engaging and personalized lessons in assigned subjects, following British, IB, and American curriculum standards.Teach small groups of students (maximum 3:1 ratio), adapting instruction to individual learning needs and goals.Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with students’ academic levels, curriculum requirements, and exam objectives.Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate performance and attendance records.Review and mark student work, providing clear and constructive feedback to promote academic growth.Communicate effectively with parents and the Centre Manager regarding student progress, achievements, and improvement areas.Support long-term students by maintaining consistent scheduling, performance tracking, and exam preparation.Ensure all lessons maintain high academic standards and align with the learning goals of the British, IB, and American curricula.Uphold safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality standards at all times.Contribute positively to a supportive, professional, and collaborative teaching environment. Currently based in the UAE and available for part-time, on-site tutoring in Dubai.Previous tutoring or teaching experience within British, IB, or American curriculum frameworks (essential).Holds a bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area (attested degree required for visa processing).Strong subject knowledge and confidence in teaching one or more subjects (English, Sciences, Languages, or others).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.Organized, reliable, and able to manage small-group instruction efficiently.Committed to student progress, learning consistency, and academic excellence.Willingness to work flexible hours within the center’s operating schedule.Ability to teach multiple subjects or grade levels will be considered an advantage.Working Hours:Flexible and negotiable within the following times:Monday to Thursday: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pmFriday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pmWeekends: 10:30 am – 6:30 pmNote: Applications will only be accepted through the proper channels.
